At the beginning of this year, we won the Australian River Water Purification Project, with a daily output of up to 1,400 tons of direct drinking water (based on 20 hours of work per day). The project uses reverse osmosis technology to provide customers with reliable drinking water.

What is XJY's water integrated treatment systems like?
The containerized integrated equipment adopted by XJY is an excellent solution in terms of transportation cost and use cost. The secondary RO has a water production rate of up to 90%.
Now in the Water Treatment industry, containerized integrated equipment has become a trend. A large number of customers have abandoned traditional steel structures and adopted containers as equipment installation brackets and containers, saving a lot of labor in welding steel structures while saving transportation costs. The most important thing is that containers have the advantages of long-term outdoor placement, and there is no need to worry about damage to building board houses due to weather reasons.

This integrated equipment uses reverse osmosis technology as the main filtering body, with a pretreatment system and a dosing system at the front end, and a PH adjustment and ultraviolet filtration system at the back end.
The specific process of XJY's water integrated treatment systems:
Raw water--pump--grid--sand filter--activated carbon filter--water softener--descaling--security filter--primary RO system--pump--secondary RO-- PH adjustment--UV disinfection
Process introduction
1.Take water from 1~2 meters below the lake surface through a suction pump. Set a grille at the water intake pipe to prevent large solids from entering the pipe. The delivery pipe is about 100 meters long and enters the raw water tank (2 * 20T).

2.The low-pressure pump works. The raw water enters the pretreatment system, and is coarsely filtered through sand filtration and activated carbon filtration, and then enters the water softener for ion exchange. The water quality and taste are improved through ion exchange, and natural hard water is converted into soft water suitable for human health.

3.Then pass through the descaling system, which can effectively extend the service life of the RO membrane, reduce the scale formation on the membrane surface, and effectively reduce the backwashing frequency and wastewater volume.
4.After descaling, the coarsely filtered water passes through the security filter. The filtration accuracy of the security filter is 5 microns, which can effectively intercept suspended matter, colloids, microorganisms, activated carbon debris and other tiny impurities, which can effectively avoid membrane pollution and ensure the stability of water quality. The water quality after fine filtration is greatly improved to ensure that the composite requirements of water quality entering the RO membrane (SDI value <5) are met.

5.The high-pressure pump starts, and the high-pressure water is evenly distributed to the surface of the RO membrane through the membrane shell wastewater pipe, forming a tangential flow. Part of the water passes through the membrane to form pure water (recovery rate 50%), and the rest carries solutes and is discharged (concentrated water).
6.In order to improve the recovery rate, the project has a secondary RO system. The concentrated water discharged from the upper level enters the new primary RO, and is diverted to the secondary security system and the secondary RO system after using the same descaling system. After purification, it is merged into the pipeline and the PH value is adjusted according to the automatic detection of PH value.
7.Finally, all RO purified water enters the UV pipeline for disinfection. After disinfection, users are connected to the direct drinking water pipeline, which enters the homes and public places of residents throughout the island, providing all people on the island with direct drinking water that meets the standards, greatly improving the quality of drinking water for local residents and tourists.

Equipment advantages
The equipment is installed 150 meters away from the lake and can meet the drinking water needs of a total population of 500,000, bringing broad prospects for the island's tourism industry in the future.
Xinjieyuan is actively exploring the field of freshwater and brackish water purification, providing different solutions according to different water qualities.
This article introduces the freshwater lake purification project. As the opening chapter of this series of articles, I focus on the progress in work flow and energy conservation and emission reduction.
